You can use KashFlow to manage the stock levels of your products, as well as automatically increase and decrease the amount of available stock as you buy and sell more of it.
Basics
To enable stock management go to Settings > Stock Options > Stock Options
Here, you will find the following options:-
- Enable Stock Management Features – Tick this box to switch on Stock Management
- Enable the Wholesale Pricing features – Tick this box to have two different prices for items you sell, a regular one and a wholesale one.
- EC Sales Lists – If you are VAT registered and have EC Sales enabled, ticking this box will allow you to select which sales type to be included on your EC Sales List.
When you’re ready, click Save Settings.
