Some customer’s have experienced problems with ‘Verified by Visa’ when paying for a subscription, which only seems to occur when logging into KashFlow from a bookmark.
If you are presented with a blank screen once you have entered your card details then you need to do the following:
- Close down all of the browsers that you have open
- Open a new browser and go directly to https://www.kashflow.com
- Then login to your account and follow the steps above, and the payment should be processed successfully.
