Realex Integration Payments Not Processing

If you are setting up your account to take card payments through realex then you first need to ensure that you have added our IP addresses to the list of allowed IP Addresses on your account.

How to add the IP addresses

Unfortunately this is something that we are unable to add form our end. You will instead need to contact the guys on realex support who are always really good and should get back to you very quickly. You will need to email ‘[email protected]’ and request the following Ip addresses are added to your profile:

As soon as this has been added you will be able to start processing payments, should you continue to have a problem, please get in touch with us right away with your conformation email from realex and your username, email us at [email protected]
