Open Banking – NatWest Feed

Error “Sorry, you don’t have any valid accounts” when trying to connect to the NatWest Open Banking Feed.

We have found that some users who are trying to connect to the NatWest Opening Banking Feed are experiencing this error message.  This is due to the account not been granted access by their own (Natwest internal) Bankline Administrator to use Open Banking.  We have been advised by NatWest that you will need to follow the instructions found in this guide in order to gain access.
