As part of our ongoing infrastructure investment plan, this month we’ll be replacing and upgrading the servers in our main database cluster. Such upgrades are performed periodically in order to maintain performance levels as we add new features and functions, and to this end we are scheduling an out-of-hours outage on the morning of Sunday, 22nd of November, from 12am to 6am.
As a result, the KashFlow platform will be unavailable during this time.
We understand some customers may find this inconvenient, but by performing this work overnight at the weekend, we hope that the disturbance will be minimised whilst we ensure the consistency and security of your data is not compromised.
