Our servers are Windows OS based, this means that your CSV file needs to be saved as a CSV (Windows) format. By default on Apple devices when you save your file as CSV is saves as CSV (Macintosh). To correct this do the following
File > Save As > Use the file type drop-down to save it as CSV (Windows)
