How to update address/contact details on your account

 

Open up KashFlow Bookkeeping and go to:

·         Company Details

·         Click on the Address Line.  This will open all address lines and these can be edited with the correct information.

·         Under Contact Details, you can type in the correct information.

·         Click “Update” at the bottom of the screen.

 

How to upgrade a license from a trial account

 

Open up KashFlow Bookkeeping and go to:

·         Settings> Manage Subscription.

·         Choose the package you wish to subscribe to and click the relevant “Subscribe” button.

·         You will be then asked to enter your card payment details.

 

How to switch account package (New User Interface Only):

 

You are able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription from this page.

 

To do this, open up KashFlow Bookkeeping and go to:

·         Settings> Manage Subscription.

·         Select the package you wish to switch to and click the relevant “Switch to” button.

 

NOTE: 

You will only be able to switch to the Starter package if you are not using any foreign currencies, additional users or imputing more than 10 invoices a month.

If you are switching to the Business + Payroll package you will need to get in touch with support once you have set up your KashFlow Payroll account so that these can be linked.  Do not enter any payment details on the KashFlow Payroll software or you may be charged twice.

 

How to change card payment details:

 

Open up KashFlow Bookkeeping and go to:

·         Settings> Manage Subscription> Change Card Details

 

How to view previous subscription invoices:

 

Open up KashFlow Bookkeeping and go to:

·         Settings> Manage Subscription> Click the link for “You have XX subscription invoices”

 

 

How to cancel your KashFlow Subscription:

 

Open up KashFlow Bookkeeping and go to:

Settings> Manage Subscription> Cancel Subscription.
