Account switching enables you to switch between IRIS KashFlow accounts quickly and easily using one click.
Enable Account Switching
Enable account switching by going to Settings > Account Switching. Use the text box to enter in the username of the account you want to request access to followed by clicking the Request Access button.
To complete the process, you’ll then need to log out of this account using the Log Out button in the top right of the screen, then log into your second account. You’ll be prompted to authorise or decline the invitation for account switching. You can then switch between this account and the other by clicking on the Company Name in the black bar along the top of the screen.
To enable account switching from the other account, simply log into that account and go to Settings > Account Switching. You’ll see a pending invitation to allow account switching.
