Unified bank reconciliation is a replacement for the previous ‘split screen’ method. The split screen method previously split bank transactions into debits and credits (money in and money out) and made comparing to your bank statement a more difficult and complicated task. Unified bank reconciliation solves this by displaying all your transactions on a single list, ordered by date, in the same column structure as your bank statement shows. It also includes numerous usability enhancements that makes it easier to identify reconciled transactions.
