Job Security Scheme Payments
With the initial proposed introduction of the Job Support Scheme we have added two new pay elements to reflect this, however, as the Government have now put a further full lockdown in place and extended the existing furlough process to 2021 these pay elements will not be needed until further notice.
We have added the new Job Support Scheme Open (JSSO) & Job Support Scheme Closed (JSSC) payslip items which are available in the payslip item selection box under Basic / Other.
Following the recent announcement from The Government that the furlough scheme will now continue into 2021 the current furlough processing procedures will remain the same.

We have added the function to enable you to re-submit an RTI report that may show as failed or blocked
How To re-Submit:
Go to – Payroll > Online Filing > RTI Logs
This will show you if your submissions have been successful or not and will advise of any issues.
Select the failed RTI submission and either add any missing or amend any incorrect information and click the “Resubmit XML” button to resend
(please allow adequate time for this to update with HMRC before clicking Resubmit again as this will cause duplicate submissions)
