If you're one of the many thousands that have been paying for it, we've stopped charging you already.
If you've not yet tried it then you can enable it in Settings -> PayPal Imports

Payment Terms as End of Month + x days
30th January, 2012We’ve released a new feature this morning that automates much of the credit control process.
You can set emails to be automatically sent to your customers to remind them that an invoice is becoming due, and then continue to remind them if it’s not paid.

9th January, 2012We’ve just added a report to our accounting software for customers in Singapore.
Small Improvement to Income By Product Report
30th December, 2011Like other reports, the Income By Product report can be downloaded to a CSV file.
We've added a couple of extra columns to the CSV file to aid you with analysis.
As well as the product name and code it now also includes the parent code and name.
This report can be found under the Reports tab in the "Income" section.
Additional Options For Invoice Filename
28th December, 2011A while back we added an option for you to change the invoice filename from "Invoice-1.pdf" to something more bespoke.
We've just added addtional options so you can also use the invoice date or due date in the filename.
This is set in Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Invoice Filename

We've just introduced the ability to categorise journals entries.
If you don't have the Journal enabled then this can be done in Settings -> Advanced Settings
When you list, create or edit Journals you can now select from the following categories:
- Standard Journals
- Year End Journals
- Pre-payments and Accruals
- Depreciation
We've automatically updated some of your existing journals to put them in the correct category
Note Count for Customers and Suppliers
5th December, 2011When viewing a customer or supplier record you can now instantly see how many notes are stored against the customer/supplier
The tab title for the notes section will change from "Notes" to "Notes (3)" - assuming there are 3 notes.
