At KashFlow we value our relationship with you. Thanks to your continued feedback, we’ve been able to introduce many improvements to your KashFlow experience, which we believe fosters a genuine feeling of community between you our customer and ourselves. At the end of last year we ran a survey which generated many positive responses. However, there were some areas you asked us to address which prompted us to make some changes which we think will enhance your appreciation of our product even more than ever.
An app-etizing experience
Many of you took the time to point out that there were a lack of available add-ons in the KashFlow marketplace. To address this issue we introduced the ConnectMyApps platform to allow customers to integrate their account with a whole host of E-Commerce, Point of Sale and CRM applications including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify, Salesforce, ZohoCRM and Vend HQ.

One common issue that many of you raised was that you felt that you don’t receive enough updates on what’s new with KashFlow. Currently we are showcasing what’s new in the KashFlow software through regular product update videos. Broadening functionality and workflow in Bank Feeds
Based on your feedback regarding Bank Feeds we implemented features that include:
- Disabling auto matching and custom rules
- Re-ordering rules – custom rules can now be prioritised before auto matching rules
- Ignoring transactions
- Auto matching tolerance reduced from £1 to 0p
- Rule validation – if users delete customers/codes, affected rules are disabled when importing bank feeds
Confidence is key
You also said that KashFlow could do more to improve the general confidence that you have in our product. To tackle this, we completed the ‘Voice of the SME’ – an independent research project to ascertain the experience of our KashFlow SME base.
This valuable insight helped us understand what you find good and not so good about your KashFlow experience enabling us to address your concerns and increase the confidence levels in our products and services.
So that our new customers fully understand the KashFlow software we have doubled the size of our team to offer even more 1-to-1 demos. What’s more, all of our team have completed their accreditation programme to help small businesses more effectively.
