We’re hiring again, and this time we’re looking for an Office Junior/Administrator.
Ideally you’ll know about our amazing accounting software (we put an emphasis on automating everything possible) and great customer service (we answer customer queries every day, including Christmas and at nights/weekends). You’ll help keep the office running smoothly and we’ll give you opportunities to take on more responsibilities and progress within the company.
- Basic administration duties
- Front house reception duties
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Ad hoc support to managers
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
These characteristics are essential
Attention to Detail / Numeracy: Candidate must display attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in their work and feel confident dealing with both the company’s accounts, and customers’ accounts.
Organisational Skills: Candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation including excellent time management and the ability to deal with several different tasks at once. The Candidate should also be proactive and have the ability to work on own initiative.
Communication: Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and customers, with an enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Prioritisation: This role inevitably involves juggling the demands of various different tasks and the candidate must demonstrate the ability to prioritise work in order to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Professional Presentation: Candidate to be of smart appearance and a professional manner as they are the front of the business on day-to-day basis when meeting visitors with Excellent interpersonal skills.
