KashFlow Canvass Update – March 2016
In April last year, we launched KashFlow Canvass to help us reach out to our customers to capture ways of improving KashFlow, through regular surveys and forums with our customers to a voting system to allow our customers to request the features that they would like to see in our KashFlow and KashFlow Payroll products.
This month, over 1,000 KashFlow users have visited Canvass, 40% of which are brand new users. We currently have over 500 requested features and are delighted to have delivered 70 of those into the product since we launched KashFlow Canvass last year, such as the all-day login session, fixed establishments for VAT MOSS and enhancements to bank feeds including matching rules and changes to the CSV importer.
This month, we are delighted to announce some new integrations, captured directly from our users on Canvass.
On the 1st of March, KashFlow launched a brand new integration platform in partnership with Connectmyapps. This allows KashFlow customers to integrate with a number of different applications, including highly requested platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Zoho. Integration with Amazon alone received 105 votes from our users, so we are delighted to be able to deliver this functionality to our KashFlow users.
Connectmyapps allows KashFlow users to integrate from within the KashFlow application, following a simple set up process to establish a workflow between their chosen application and KashFlow. This allows an automated workflow between online sales for example and bookkeeping, creating new customers and orders directly from an online store. Such automation creates huge time savings and removes any human error, giving our customers more time to do the things they love, like running their business or just opening another bottle of red.
