Another improvement to our accounting software based on feedback from our customers:
You can now bulk update your product prices either by a fixed amount or a percentage and apply them at the touch of a button.
To do this follow the instructions below:
- Click Settings then select either Sales Codes or Purchase Codes
- Select the relevant Sales or Purchase codes
- Select the individual products or click select all to highlight all product codes that will receive an updated price
- Amend the price by either
| +/- by amount | This option increases / decreases the product price(s) by a fixed price. Enter the required amount |
| +/- by percentage | This option increases/ decreases product price(s) by a percentage. Enter the required percentage |
5. Click on the Update button to apply the above change to your product prices
* Please note, product price updates will not affect items set in existing repeat invoices and purchases.
