Another improvement to our accounting software based on feedback from our customers:
Due to changes in the legislation for Bank Feeds, we are temporarily disabling the automatic bank feeds so that we can start work on implementing Open Banking. In the meantime, we do have the option to import via a CSV file. You can find instructions on how to do this by going to this knowledge base article.
We have updated the error message you will see if you try to delete a bank account, the error message will be as follows: “If you delete this account then all transactions assigned to this account will be moved to your default account which may cause your trial balance to become unbalanced. If you need more assistance, please contact support.”
