Email and Login Logs & Other Maintenance

Another improvement to our accounting software based on feedback from our customers:

In this release, we have included some new reporting features and some general maintenance to the software.

  • The user Login Logs are now available from the software by going to Reports> System Logs. This log will only be available to the Master User.  This log will include:
    • Time
    • Date
    • IP Address
    • User Name
    • User Type
  • The user Email Logs are now available from the software by going to Reports> System Logs. This log will only be available to the Master User.  This log will include:
    • Status
    • Subject
    • From: Name
    • From: Email ID
    • Created Time Stamp
    • Sent Time Stamp
    • Recipient Email ID
    • Recipient Type
    • User Custom SMTP
  • New column on Invoice and Purchase page for transaction type – When you browse to the Invoices/Purchases page you will now see a column that will list what type of transaction it is. For example:
    • Invoice (sales)
    • Credit Note (sales)
    • Purchase (Purchases)
    • Expense (Purchases)
    • Credit Note (Purchases)
  • You can now see “Total Paid” and “Outstanding Amount” on the search results for a customer.
  • A backslash (/) will now be displayed within any field that requires a date, including the expiry date of a payment card on the Settings> Manage subscription
  • A problem when printing PDF reports if the date and page number settings are unchecked on the customisable page settings. This has now been fixed.
  • The bank details of a customer will show when printing an individual customer statement, but not when printing batch statements for several customers. This has now been fixed so that the bank details will show when printing batch statements.
  • Improvements to the Square integration.
  • The drill down from the Balance Sheet report will now include all historical date up to the date run on the Balance Sheet report.
  • An overpayment on a purchase account would show as a duplicate credit when trying to apply the amount to an unpaid purchase invoice. This has now been fixed so that one entry shows.
  • Reconciliation On hold was not holding the end date balance. This has now been corrected.
  • Product rate not updating if the line item on an invoice had been changed to different product codes. This has now been corrected.
