We are constantly improving KashFlow and adding new features to make your bookkeeping activities as efficient as possible, therefore, we are always keen to hear from you about any questions or suggestions you have.
According to our customers, one of the great things about KashFlow is how intuitive it is. You should be able to work out how to do just about anything relating to your accounts without having to ask for help.
If you do need assistance then the quickest way to get help is by going to the help area within your account, and performing a search using the box shown in the screen shot below. This searches our intensive Knowledge Base which is updated regularly by both us and our customers.
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for using the Knowledge Base then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We won’t keep you waiting days for a response, we usually reply within the hour (often quicker) in business hours.
You can also submit a ticket by going to support.kashflow.com, and clicking the ‘Submit a Ticket’ button (see screenshot below) The advantages of submitting a ticket this way is that you can check your existing requests at any time.
We know you probably work on your accounts outside of usual business hours, so we do respond to support requests outside of business hours and at weekends too.You will immediately receive an auto responder which will contain a ticket number, and acts as confirmation that we have received your question. Our reply to your question will be sent via email to the email address that you originally emailed us from.
