A Brief Overview
An accountant using Orbit Accounts creates logins for as many bookkeepers as he likes.
The bookkeepers then download the RapidFire application to their Windows PC.
When the bookkeeper opens RapidFire they are asked to log in with the username and password that the accountant created.
Once logged in the bookkeeper can enter sales and purchase invoices for any of the clients to which the accountant has granted them access.
The bookkeeper doesn’t need to be connected to the internet when they are making entries into RapidFire.
The data entry screens and keyboard shortcuts should be familiar to those who have used other desktop accounting applications.
When the bookkeeper is ready they can review and submit the data to KashFlow. It will then immediately appear in the clients KashFlow account.
