Company Overview

We are a leading Accountancy practice, based in Birkenhead, Wirral and Chester and members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

We offer a wide range of services in addition to accountancy including payroll, pensions, investments, mortgages, regular free events and specialist tax advice. Our clients are individuals and businesses of all sizes across a diverse range of business sectors.

The Priory Partnership was established in June 1996, formed by the merger of four practices, all of whom were well established over at least 50 years. Our directors are Mike O’Donnell - FCA, Andrew Morse - BA (Hons), ACA , Stuart Penny - ACA and Mike Sergi - FCA.

A distinctive feature of our service is fixed price agreements, once we have determined your needs we will give you an inclusive price for your first year. Any additional work that is required through the year will be arranged as needed.

We work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and recommending effective solutions.
