We are a five-director firm based in Coventry and Birmingham with a nationwide customer base.

Our ACA and ACCA qualified team cover the full range of tax and business services for businesses and private individuals as well as specialist charity, academy and not for profit organisations. Our aim is to be your trusted business partner for the lifecycle of your business.

We specialise in owner-managed businesses in the IT sector and have a specialism within the pharmaceutical sector. Our tax director is a leading light in his field of corporate and personal tax planning, with an added specialism in stamp duty land tax.

Our team is experienced in managing business growth and has assisted many companies with the implementation of management incentive schemes such as EMI.

Formed in the 1960s, our 40 members staff have all the experience and expertise that you need to help you manage your business, from initial company formation advice to getting you through those early days of business growth and onwards to help you manage your financial life.

Our team can help you manage new software with trained staff able to offer telephone support to customers.
