Company Overview
IDS + Co are a firm of Chartered Accountants and Corporate Advisers who were established in 2002 in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire before expanding to a second office in Glasgow.
Priding themselves on being pro-active, especially in seeking new business opportunities for clients and encouraging networking between businesses to the enhancement of both, making them a great choice for both new and established businesses.
Originally set up by Iain Sim B.Acc CA in Kilmarnock who was joined in 2004 by Gill Groom FCA who became a partner in 2007 and latterly an associate within the firm. Gill qualified with a company called Ernst & Whinney before working as a general practice partner in a mid-tier firm in the North West of England and then, after a career break for family, and a move to Ayrshire where she lectured at Ayr College to ACCA students prior to joining IDS + Co. Also part of the team is Lorna Logan FCCA and client managers Moira Watson and Elaine MacDougall ACCA, who, along with a highly skilled team of administration and accountancy staff in both Kilmarnock and Glasgow help to ensure that all clients receive the right support for their business finances.
