Abacus 161 Ltd is based in the town of Chelmsford in Essex and is run by Dr Ann Dartnall, who worked for various blue chip companies as a Finance Manager after graduating. Having set up my own accountancy business I have an in depth and hands on knowledge of the issues that business owners face.
