Online Accounting Software

I chose KashFlow as I wanted something I could use straightaway, without having to have in-depth knowledge of accountancy and trawling through manuals and help guides. I trialed a couple of other products but could not work out how to make them work for my business. KashFlow is very intuitive and I was able to get up and running in a matter of minutes. We have a very simple business model (hair salons) where we take customer payment immediately and most of our suppliers are paid similarly. I am able to enter daily sales as a single end-of-day entry, splitting customer payments by card, cash or cheque. Purchases are easy to log and track, and armed with this and our sales, the VAT report is done. My priority was to be able to record sales and purchases, the bank part is next on my list of things-to-do. The fact that it’s accessible from anywhere is also useful as I operate out of 3 different offices depending on the day. Also I don’t have to worry about backups, I trust that to you guys to keep my accounts safe and always available. Security is not the big issue for me, being able to access the information is, and trusting that it will be there if the VAT man calls.

The ease of use and it’s not over priced. When I found KashFlow it answered my prayers, as a small Aerial and Satellite company I had looked at other programs and you almost needed to be an accounted to understand them but KashFlow was so easy to set up, we had quite a bit of data and I had it entered in no time at all. I especially like the fact that it calculates your VAT each quarter so really no hassle with that. It is affordable for us and I don’t know what we’d do without KashFlow.

Your accounting software is an excellent product because of its simplicity and ease of use. I was using Quickbooks before but they don’t have an online version and the software was just too confusing at times. Price is always a factor. Yours is reasonable if a little cheap. Keep up the great work.

I chose KashFlow because of price, how easy it is to use and because it can be accessed from any pc anywhere. KashFlow is the best accounts software I have ever used, it’s got everything you need and is so easy to understand and use. Our business is mainly run on the internet and the PayPal import feature is amazing, it’s saved me hours in time, I cannot believe it. I used to hate doing accounts but now I am using KashFlow it’s took all the hard work out and now I quite enjoy doing them. KashFlow has everything you need at a fantastic price with great backup and customer service. I have one word that explains KashFlow and that is AWESOME!!!

Thanks for a brilliant product in KashFlow, we’ve tried all the traditional packages like Quickbooks, Sage and others. Professional system! KashFlow has enabled us to manage our accounts properly instead of using an amateurish system on Excel. It is extremely easy to use, including the integration with PayPal, and the reports that can be produced are brilliant. Id recommend it to any business without hesitation! As authors and publishers who travel a great deal, KashFlow offers us an incredible opportunity to keep our books straight in three currencies while we are on the road. Unlike other online services, we don’t have to learn accounting as a second language. We can easily enter our receipts and invoices; reconcile our bank accounts; and still have time to get our incoming work done. Thank you KashFlow, you are a lifesaver!

I liked the price and ease of use of KashFlow. It didn’t take long to work everything out, and the system does almost everything I need it to. I have absolutely no experience of accounting or accounting software, so ease of use was really important. We also have a mac here in the office, so we couldn’t use Sage without a lot of expense, i.e. buying a PC as well as the huge cost of the software itself – this was probably what drew us to KashFlow in the first place actually. I like the updates section as well – it makes me feel that if there are any improvements to be made, you are willing the take suggestions from customers and implement them. Great customer service.

I have only started using this software a couple of months ago & I feel I am starting to get to grips with it. For years I have used MYOB on my Macs (Sage don’t support Macs, I don’t support Sage!) & I hated it. Every year a new version came out & they wanted more money to “upgrade” to their latest product. They wanted me to pay for the privilege of “support”. What a con. The price to upgrade cost more than a year of KashFlow subs….! I have now found KashFlow & I am hoping that my days of bloated unsupported accounts packages are a thing from the past. My invoices look great, I now raise purchase orders & I now chase for money because KashFlow tells me to straight into my inbox. I am a cameraman not a number cruncher & I am always behind with my accounts (including invoicing) but somehow I feel that control of the financial part of my business will soon be back in my grasp. The other day I needed a bit of advice regarding some part of KashFlow & the response was almost immediate, brilliant customer services. On a final note when I finally went Ltd my bank manager started the full on sales pitch & really tried hard to sell me Sage even though I told her it is not able to run on a Mac. Talk about persistence she came back two weeks later & told me I could run Windoze on my computers then run Sage on Windoze! I told her I had already made the decision to use KashFlow & really had to stop myself from telling her to shove her copy of Sage where the sun don’t shine (manners & all that….you never know when you need some cash!!).

I chose kashflow for a number of reasons. First of all I wanted information that was easily assessable and with Kashflows that’s possible, I could be on holiday and check up on things. I looked at Sage and Tas, but unless your a chartered accountant or have a degree in then those will just leave you baffled. My own accountant tells me how much of a pain Sage can be. With Kashflow everything is so much simpler. I was finding myself spending more and more time doing my books when I could be out pushing my business and winning new orders, now everything is so straight forward and I feel much more confident dealing with my books now. And if that wasn’t enough then the 2 months free trial was really the deal clincher, I could try it for 2 months for FREE and see how I got on with it, on day 1, after only using it for a few hours, I just knew that I would be signing up to the paid subscription.

Just like to take this opportunity to say what great software you have created. It makes doing the accounts fun.

The main reasons why I took up a subscription with KashFlow is because it is accessible from anywhere. As an electrical contractor I use my computer on site for testing purposes so to be able to create and issue an invoice on site with no hassle is a dream come true. I find by issuing an invoice whilst on site, payment is often exchanged immediately. I have recently started up my business and have little experience in book keeping however I like the KashFlow approach towards making book keeping easy to understand and follow. I also like the email alerts of overdue payments/invoices which allows me to keep an extra eye on things. I find KashFlow to be a great asset to my business.

Just had my accountants bill for the year end and the time saving that Kashflow has help to create has more than halved the accountants bill. So in one year KashFlow has saved me at least 450.
