There are no hidden costs for support or upgrades.
If you've found another product that appears to be cheaper than KashFlow then the first thing you need to find out is what the additional cost is for support. This can often be almost as much as it costs to buy the actual product.

You may also think that you are only paying a one-off fee for the other products. Unfortunately, more often than not this isn't the case. Other companies release intermittent upgrades to their software and once the version you have is deemed 'too old' it will be classified as unsupported. You can carry on using the product without paying any more but if you want support then you'll have to buy a newer version of the software
and pay for the support.
