After looking at and testing out various business accounting software products, I was immediately impressed by how easy KashFlow was to get to grips with. A couple of days into my free trial, I knew I would be signing up for a subscription. Other packages assumed too much accounting knowledge and I didn't want to have to keep ringing up my accountant for advice. KashFlow is very easy to use and has helped me get on top of my accounts and cash flow. To any business owner who has to do his or her own accounts as well as running a business, I whole heartedly recommend KashFlow.

I have been a Sage user for a number of years now. I also use a Mac. Since going on the Flat Rate Scheme, I like many others have had to do what Sage should have done in the first place, and work out the correct VAT myself! I have tried other accounting software that claims to support FRS but all have some form of bug - for example the closest I had previously come to something like your solution was MyBusiness. This was let down by the need to use Internet Explorer as the interface - something which MS haven't developed on the Mac for years! So how refreshing to find a solution which is Universal - can be run on pretty much any machine, through any browser, at any time.

Most of all, we chose KashFlow because we have been using SaaS products for a while now, and we saw KashFlow as a perfect addition to these services. It really filled a gap. I love the fact that KashFlow is available from any browser, and while it is a paid service, it is worth every penny. There are not many applications that I would say I are essential to the running of my company, but KashFlow is certainly one of them.

Having read/heard a lot about KF, I was actually going to create an account as we have a client who wanted us to do some work on integrating his site with the KF API. However, that said, we have also been having some issues with some of our internal procedures and were gradually reaching the conclusion that QuickBooks was leading us astray in some respects. That said, I signed up for KF and we had a bit of a go - then we discovered a few features which made the difference for us, and immediately made it worth the money - primarily the ease of emailing invoices and emailing credit control letters - plus the obvious visibility of some key statistics such as VAT liability ("no more nasty surprised" is a great option!). We very rapidly came to the conclusion that KF would save us money and help us become more profitable even in the short-term and so I signed up. In terms of price/benefits of SaaS/ease of use, KF does well in all of these. So very happy so far, long may it continue!

I chose KashFlow principally because it is online, always up to date, it will allow my business partner who works remotely to use it. Also its provision of a full API (I'm a programmer so this is very useful to me) and really because when I used it it instantly made sense! Previous experience using Sage made me want to throw my computer out of the window it was so awful :)

KashFlow has made our accounting much faster and easier, giving us more time to focus on work. Using the WHMCS module, we have been able to have all our sales instantly imported, saving hours of time.

I chose kashflow for a number of reasons. First of all I wanted information that was easily assessable and with Kashflows that's possible, I could be on holiday and check up on things. I looked at Sage and Tas, but unless your a chartered accountant or have a degree in then those will just leave you baffled. My own accountant tells me how much of a pain Sage can be. With Kashflow everything is so much simpler. I was finding myself spending more and more time doing my books when I could be out pushing my business and winning new orders, now everything is so straight forward and I feel much more confident dealing with my books now. And if that wasn't enough then the 2 months free trial was really the deal clincher, I could try it for 2 months for FREE and see how I got on with it, on day 1, after only using it for a few hours, I just knew that I would be signing up to the paid subscription.
