When clients first log in to the software the first thing they see is their dashboard or Overview Page.
You can customise the dashboard for your clients by removing elements you don’t want them to see, or by adding your own information and messages.
The client software sends emails to the clients to notify them of certain events, such as invoices that have become overdue.
Within Orbit you can edit the template for these emails so they are worded exactly as you want them to be.
Whenever a new client starts using the software – either through self-registration or because you created an account for them – they get a welcome email.
You can edit and save changes to this email so it says exactly what you want it to say. You can even customise the Getting Started Guide that they get sent so it contains your branding and any additional information you want to include.
