Hey people, Perhaps you can help me on this age old question, I have started a telemarketing service so I intend on working for various clients of various industries so I am looking for a CRM thats can be used for such, I need to be able to switch between databases in a instant so that if I am making calls for dave the web design company owner who is looking for leads in gloucester and peter the print and design company in lincoln there is no delay as time is money , Any advice will be much appreciated
Take a look at our free CRM. As you import data you can place people in Groups and then it's easy to switch between Groups so you ar elooking at different clients data. Contacts can be in multiple Group, so what you learn about someone from calling them on one campaign is there for you to read about if you call them on another. All that's free, but for less than £19.95 a month you can add sales lead tracking and email marketing -- an additional potential revenue earner if you add email shots to your portfolio. With full reporting from that you can even then focus on calling those people who clicked on emails, showing an interest (we'll tell you which links they clicked so you can tell what their interested in before you call them). Just as an aside, you might be interested in our Twitter Sales Leads tool, to help you get more business. If you've got any questions fire away!
many thanks wecando ,sounds and looks very interesting, I'll take some time to look into the solution and be intouch soon.
We run multiple campaigns for a number of clients at any one time. We're using Sage Act which has so far not let us down. It allows you fully customize screen layouts etc and diary call backs in I've used a number of different CRM systems over the years and the only one that works better than Act is SalesLogix, which is also from Sage, but is far more expensive than Act but more suitable when you've got a large sales force and a large marketing department
If you still don't have a good contact management system working for your company, more than likely you really need one. If you're not sure you need to begin using one for your business, here are a few indications that you are in desperate need of a contact management system to help you streamline your work processes and make your company more efficient and productive.
Alternatively, my business are currently taking a look at this CRM cloud software from Cloud9Insight Currently on their 30-day free trial John
