Hi there, i don´t know if I post in right category. (I think that is sort of help with startup ) I am from Czech and I am big fan of Olympic Games. Because I want to be more into the Olympics, I have idea to creat Olympics magazine. For start I need to find some Olympic fanatik as me . My idea is that his work will be to find and manage other editors of web magazine. It is possible to have some money from it, it would be dependent of our success, but i think if U will doing for money it would not be good. Sorry but this post doesn't make much sense. If we stand correct the idea is to create a sports magazine and you are looking to find editors of web magazines to contribute to to your purposed magazine. We find this confusing We assume that you are saying that it is possible for the editors to make some money from the sports magazine site but it depends on how successful it is but it would not be good if the editors are doing it for money. Why do you feel that way? Sorry was just trying to get clear on your post.
I need to find someone, who can take care about magazine in UK. Of course not all work, but things like finding editors, propagating. These things i can´t do because i don´t know where to find it. For example find this forum was for me difficult. How will magazine look like i have in mine mind and noted, so i need only litle help with creating of web (like judging). But basic work will be to manage other editors(or manager read below). I mean that you will be payed on percentige of earn on advertising (So, we will se for example how much we earn on 100 visitors and than we use this as a key for pay). My idea is that on magazine will be hierarchy, and than money will go for all poeples in hierarchy (I mean some money will have basic editor(Like men who write about 100m sprint), than men who manage editors of sports and than you who manage managers of editors at least something to me and I used some money for pay costs(like domain, servers, photographs and other things). With this all I mean that you will not earn much money at the begining, but later maybye we will be millionare :-D. But there isn´t warranted earn, so if we will not be so good and you don´t earn so much money, it will be good to still have passion for doing it(maybye you must not be so big fanatik as me, we can anytime cancel this and only watching TV with best athletes of whole world ) I am sorry for my bad explanation, if u have more question, please ask me, i really have passion for do it

No, second, i am still in war with grammar I write in UK because main idea was that articles will be writen in English and if will be there similar webs in other nations, they will taking articles from UK (Start magazine in second and third nation will be not so big problem i think). But now when i see that there is not so much applicants, maybye i will run it in Czech and than here (it will be easier to explain it with created magazine), but time runs up, so it will be great to start in UK. Anyway, are you interest for this job?
