no reply from support

    I am having trouble getting a reply to my emails sent to support@kashflow.com
    I am sending these email through my yahoo account using mozilla firefox. Can anybody help.

    Do you get an auto-reply? If not you may want to check your spam filtering. I usually get an automated reply within a few minutes of sending a request and then a human reply anything from 15 mins to a few hours depending on the complexity of the issue and time of day.

    yea thats what I thought, but nothing just checked spam folder.

    Find below the instructions from Yahoo:
    1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page and click More Options or Mail Options depending on the version of Yahoo! Mail you are using.
    2. From the list on the left, click Accounts.
    3. In the middle of the page, click Add or edit an account.
    4. The "Mail Accounts" page opens. Click the address you’d like to adjust settings for.
    5. Click Edit.
    6. In the first section of the page that opens – "Sending Mail" – type the address where you’d like to receive Replies in the box after "Reply To:". If it’s your Yahoo! Mail address for the account you’re currently in, type that.
    7. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes. Now you can send from that other address but still get replies to those messages here in your Yahoo! Mail inbox.
