    Hi
I'm newly self employed & my business will be internet based. Looking to initially employ volunteers as do not have the means to pay them.
what kind of contracts could i offer them & will they be considered employees of the company?
they will be working from home, with no fixed working hours and with no obligation to solely work for us. Just have to reach a certain goal e.g. sign up certain number of merchants in a month. In return, i'm thinking of profit sharing or certain % of share in company after a yr??
Your expert opinions & suggestions are most welcome.
    thank you

There is no such thing as employing voulunteers for a profit making business. All employees will be entitled to the National Minimum Wage.

Maybe as a student? But Thorpes is true "All employees will be entitled to the National Minimum Wage"...
