I'm integrating KashFlow with a website that produces quotes that I eventually will turn into invoices. Whilst it appears possible to email invoices I generate through Kashflow API I cannot email quotes directly to customers. Am I missing something or is this not possible?
There's definitely a "email quote" button on the quote (test) I just created, so you might have overlooked that? It's next to the quote details block where you also see the button print quote and convert to invoice
There are a few methods that aren't on the manual page here: https://securedwebapp.com/api/service.asmx but there doesn't seem to be one for emailing quotes. At the top of the page there's a sentence that says, 'If you require a function that isn't listedhere, please do get in touch and we'll see if we can help.' Try writing to them at api@kashflow.co.uk. I've heard they're very amenable to requests. And if the the function already exists in the web interface the underlying logic is already there so it probably won't take them too long to add an api method. Good luck.
