Do you use Google+ for getting traffic on your website.According to you what are the special and unique features of Google+. Share your suggestions with me.

No because we don't quite understand how to use it in order to get traffic onto our website. We do have a google+ account but we're most probably not utilising it properly. How are you using yours?

It works same as facebook, just build you targeted following and share some interesting and informative content so that you can leverage your audience to visit on your site to read it.

Sorry to add another question to you original question and that yours doesn't really seemed to have been answered but does anyone seem to know whether Google+ has much weight in terms of SEO.

Not preferred much. For traffic I mostly prefer using Twitter and Facebook. They have got much more potentials compared to Google+

I have added Google + buttons for other people to click on and help boost my social media status. I have gotten some results from it, and considering it only took a moment to add a + button, why would I not use it?

Google is apparently going to try and promote + through 2012, if they get results, it could pay to get your foot in the door early, who knows it could maybe branch into other Search engine related benefits.
