Hi, does anyone have a view about Capsule CRM versus In Touch - as a CRM package, integrating with Kashflow, for a small business? Any preference? Why? Is there value in spending time inputting data into either package for a small business? Has anyone tried In Touch's e-mail facility? Any comments on that? Many thanks.

I have a lot of experience of InTouch's email marketing components, as I use it weekly -- InTouch powers WeCanDo.Biz CRM and it's what we use each week to mail about 11,000 members. I had experience of Vertical Reponse before and it compares very well. You can also integrate Google Analytics into WecanDo.Biz CRM so you can track ROI on campaigns.

I've also played with the Kashflow integration and that is pretty neat. It's easy to get your KF contacts into the CRM and view and raise invoices from within the CRM too.

We resell InTouch from WeCanDo.Biz with some social extension so you can easily bring over your Twitter and LinkedIn contacts into the system. It's also integrated to our Twitter Sales Leads tool.
