is there a way to print of a list of customers or suppliers in label printing format? Maybe a report, it would be good if you could choose the label format (Avery or other), fields to print (maybe a luxury!) and print them as a pdf? If you could further sort the labels by, say Project or invoiced or other, that would be even better!
You can download a customer list, but at the moment there's no integrated label printing option. I'll see if it's something we can add. Watch this space : )

You'd be guessing correctly Although see Settings -> ViaPost Settings (in the External Services area). You can drop invoices directly into the postal service
Surely there is a way to produce mailing labels for invoice despatch.... All I can find is report - invoice list and then cut and paste from the pdf to create despatch labels This is crazy!!! I also use the data from my mailing labels to link to my courier to generate courier bookings. Someone must be doing this. How?
On the customer page, there should be an option to print a Dymo label (under the Forms and Envelopes section)
Like many/most businesses, we sell by mail order. It is crazy that Kashflow does not support this well. Sure - I can set up my invoice format to take a multipart special mailer/invoice, but it is then very irritating to switch back to normal invoice for all my non-mail order sales. ( I could have to change invoice format 10 times a day). A simple (selectable and formattable) data export facility would also do the trick. Come on Kashflow - all your customers are businesses and sell things - please make it easier for us!
