    All these tips are good ways on interactive with your customers (and potential customers), something that is becoming more important. It doesn't mean they are suitable for all business's though. There are no rights and wrongs when it comes to marketing; it depends on the business. And social media only works if it is fully embraced. Too many businesses join social networking sites but don't actually utilise them. Setting up (and maintaining) a blog is also a good idea.

    A lot of business owners will be tempted to cut back, especially their marketing. This is a mistake. If anything, you should increase your marketing now.

    However, by increasing your marketing I don't necessarily mean increasing how much you spend. It's perfectly acceptable to find low-cost or no-cost marketing methods to still keep the momentum going. One word of warning -- there's no such thing as a free lunch. Chances are you're going to pay somewhere, and that payment could very well be your time. Before you rush into doing something you end up regretting, take a hard look at the real cost. Would you be better off doing something that might cost more but doesn't suck up time you could be using to make money?

    Here are some tactics you can do right now to increase your exposure without necessarily costing you much (if anything):

    a. Start an email newsletter, or if you already publish one, increase the frequency you send it out. (Weekly is best. The more often your list hears from you, the more responsive they'll become.)

    b. Hold a free telecast. Make sure you come up with a really great special offer to turn your listeners into customers.

    c. Go buy a new dress and hang out on the social networking scene. Okay, I'm kidding about the dress. But if you aren't making the social networking rounds, you're missing major business opportunities.

    I rather to send email newsletter every month than weekly, then since social networking was a very good instrument for business promotion to internet, try to have your own website with your niche and try to practice and learn SEO. It could be a really big help:)

    Marketing no matter wherever you do, you will get desired only when you do it the right way. Most of the web users and business owners don't know how to initiate and take the right move with marketing of their site. All your three tactics are nice and could be implemented but when you have patience and methods like SEO and Internet marketing then going for a paid way would not be considered the right one or the one taken primarily. Doing quality SEO you can target you niche market and your local audience as well and this has been proven to be the best method as it gives desired results if done properly at proper place.

    Hmmm....Is it easier to focus on 'more targeted traffic' or just 'more traffic' in order to achieve more money though ? Bounce rates metrics must have something to play in this conversion process.

    If you want to increase your business you need to put your product out there by having the guts to talk and make presentations. To be able to gain client what you need is the 4 basic things: 1 - Tell people the truth about what you can do, assure them that you can do what you can do. 2 - Only take high end client so that you know that they can pay thus will increase your profit. 3 - Presentation, you need to sit with the client and give the best presentation you can give. Visualization is very important. And lastly Put together a quote so the client will have an idea on how much the cost is. ;)
