You can set up all of the bank accounts you use in KashFlow, whether personal (for expenses) or business, and view their balances on the dashboard. Repeat transactions can be set up to recur at regular intervals and you can quickly record transfers between accounts. We also make reconcilliation nice and easy, so you can get back to making (or spending, if there’s a good sale on…) more money.

• Multiple Accounts

  Set up as many bank accounts as you like. Each one can be named anything you like and you can choose from a list of logos to make it quickly identifiable by sight.

• Balance on Dashboard

  When you first log in to the accounting software you see a dashboard with a financial summary. This includes your bank balances and a graph showing the historical balance.

• Reconciliation

  Any easy-to-use process for matching your actual bank statement with what’s shown in the software.

• Upload / Download

  Upload or download bank transaction information to/from CSV files.

  Quickly record transfers from one bank account to another.
