26th October, 2009 Occasionally the support team may ask you for access to your account to troubleshoot a problem for you. We’re not keen on having passwords sent via email so we’ve devised a new way to do this. Under the “Help” tab, at the bottom of the page, you’ll see a tick box to enable access to your account by the support team. If you tick this then we’ll be able to log in to your account to help resolve your query. Once the query is resolved you just un-tick the box and we no longer have access.
