<description>Am gutted I missed this offer. Spent a long period being very annoyed at MYOB (how dare they make MY accounts file read only????) and eventually selected KashFlow and am delighted with the change. Why KashFlow and why am I 90% happy with recurring payments*? Because it is well maintained, the support is great and happy to help when I haven&#039;t figured out something. Because it&#039;s so easy to use that for the first time in 13 years we don&#039;t dread processing the credit card bills (and my partners can enter their own now - Yippee) and I am always up to date.

And that&#039;s just one aspect.

We use Worldpay on our website and (maybe stupidly) have spent a lot of time trying to sort out just how to deal with getting the web sales recognised in the accounts and reconciled to the Worldpay transfers. I am embarrassed to admit how many hours we spent on that.... but now? After a bit of development, making use of the API once a week I spend just a few minutes and in that time all sales covered are entered in KashFlow with correct VAT, product analysis and other details together with the Worldpay Charges and bank transactions - I must save upwards of an hour a week and know that even if my sales volume increases I can still manage it - Thank You KashFlow.

The goodness continues: we have sales worldwide and customers who like to pay by credit card - thanks to KashFlow our customers can now pay these online which gives us PCI compliance and less work (just a few emails saying you have funds!)

*would be 100% if I could pay annually with a discount!

Oh, and the subscription fees are reasonable: I costed other software and there was little difference in overall cost and with the time savings I have gained I am not disappointed in my choice on the money front. And the &quot;no price increase promise for existing customers&quot; gives me confidence the price won&#039;t rise.

I did have a fear though - what about my data? AhHa - get a backup when I want in a format be opened in Excel or imported into Sage 50... but we wouldn&#039;t want to go there would we?

Tried it, use it, love it.
