Sure, I know you're human which is more than can be said of some of those "others" out there, but it does emphasise the personal service aspect of your business. b) when you've figured out the best way to use facebook for business maybe you'll let ME know. However, I know that one word is really important when blogging or facebooking (if there is such a word) and that is PATIENCE. It takes a long time because the marketing is all down to who knows who and who passes things on to who. Make "friends", comment on other people's blogs and above all be consistent.
