		<description>I see that HMRC seam to be ok on the tax issues but try to register for the first time for VAT and to be informed that there is a possible 4 months waiting time for a number and when you contact them to be informed that your case has been passed onto someone who has the largest work load and they are not sure when he will get your paperwork done but keeping ring each week for progress this does not instill very much hope in the small new start up business ventures that the government is trying to promote back to work. VAT is one part of my business only because the clients I deal with are VAT registered and they need my number so it tends to delay my push forward due to no Vat number, I do not know if any others have had the same problems?</description>
