The Shawshank Redemption. Psycho. Citizen Kane. E.T.

None of these films won the Oscar for Best Picture, which just goes to show you that awards don’t mean everything.

However, they do make a mantelpiece look nice and we have won a few. We’re particularly proud of the fact that we’ve won Best SME Accounting and Finance Application at the Software Satisfaction Awards, which is voted for by users rather than a stuffy panel of judges, for five of the past six years. High five! (Sorry.)

2012 Software Satisfaction Award – SME Accounting and Finance

In 2012, KashFlow took the prize for Best Accounting Software for SMEs. This was a particularly special award as it was the fifth year (out of a possible six) we’ve won at the SSAs, high five! (Sorry.) We’re also especially proud because all of our key competitors were in the same category.

As ever, we’re incredibly grateful for all of our customers who voted for us, we couldn’t have done it without you. You guys rock.

2011 Software Satisfaction Award – SME Accounting and Finance

KashFlow won the web-based accounting software category back in 2007 and again in 2008.
In 2009 we won both the web-based and general “Accounting Software” category.

This year (2011) there was just the one category for accounting software - and we won it!

This was a very important award for us because it was judged by KashFlow users instead of a judging panel. We’re very grateful for all the votes we received from you - thank you!

2009 Software Satisfaction Awards – Double WINNER!

The Software Satisfaction Awards are voted on by actual users of software rather than a panel of judges.

In 2007 we won the web-based accounting software category.
In 2008 we won the main small business accounting software category.

In 2009 over 8,000 SMEs were surveyed and we won BOTH categories beating all other accounting software – both traditional desktop applications and web-based products.

We had an overall customer-rating score of 3.92 out of a possible 4. We’re now working hard to get those extra 0.08 points.

 

2008 Software Satisfaction Awards – WINNER: Small Business Accounting Software

Sift Media, owners of UKBusinessForums and BusinessZone, surveyed thousands of accountants and small business owners to get their views on the software products they use.

The main category was the “Small Business Accounting Software” category.

KashFlow was listed amongst the 4 industry leading products and won the category, receiving more than 3 times the share of the vote that Sage 50 received.

The survey also showed that KashFlow has a 70% share of the UK web-based accounting software market.

 

2007 Software Satisfaction Awards – WINNER: web-based accounting software

In 2007, Sift Media conducted an independent survey of thousands of users of small business software.

People were asked to rate the products they’d used on 4 key areas: ease of use, functionality, value for money and reliability.

KashFlow took 67% of the vote and beat all other products by a very wide margin.

Other competitors included WinWeb and Liberty Accounts.
